Module 2

TODAY’S ASSIGNMENT

Today’s assignment is to display your collateral. Use the space you cleared yesterday to arrange each graphic side by side, about half an inch apart, in rows and columns. If you’re using the bulletin board, feel free to pin them up. Before you begin, refer to the diagram on page six of the workbook for guidance on setting up your display.

Once your display is complete, take a photo with your smartphone for backup. When you’re finished, step back and look at what you’ve gathered—this is your visual brand in action.

KEY STEPS

  1. Watch today’s video (above).
  2. Be sure to read everything below before completing any of the tasks.
  3. Read page 6 of the Visual Brand Challenge Workbook.
  4. Lay each piece of collateral side-by-side in the space you’ve cleared during Module 1.
  5. Use your smartphone to take a picture of your display.
  6. You can position them as close as about ¼ inch apart but try not to overlap.
  7. An aerial camera shot (from above your display) would be ideal. But if your display is too large shoot at an angle or take multiple photos.
  8. If you encounter any challenges, you can chat with me using the Tidio Chat Box or post your question in the Visual Brand Challenge Facebook Group.
